"Perfect People" = Oxymoron

The media stresses a physical perfection (wedding industry, beauty industry, physical fitness industry, etc.) and I think people are drawn to the idea of perfection since that is innately what we came to mortality to work on. Perfection is an attractive idea. I just wish more of us could focus most of the time on the spiritual perfection which is most precious and much harder to accomplish. It is a more wholesome and attainable goal.

There's relatively little use in learning how to do makeup perfectly so that I have flawless skin or the best makeup art to accentuate my eyes. I don't suspect there will be makeup kits in heaven. And I don't mean to say that makeup is completely bad - in moderation it is great for making oneself feel lovelier and more confident. We just need to watch out for spending too much time on such things or giving it more time, money, and importance in our lives than it deserves.

KEEP FOCUSED ON REAL PERFECTION -
The most important perfection will not be achieved in this life. All we can do is keep getting closer to Christlike perfection.
