Grocery Sales

I went grocery shopping. I ALWAYS go with a list, but I buy whatever I want anyways. haha!

Tonight there was a sale going on for fruit roll-ups and fruit-by-the-foot fruit snacks. I caved. They were 3 for $5. I really don't even know if that is a good sale - probably not - but it felt like a good excuse to buy them because I LOVE THEM. 
Lesson here is that sales are tricky! Those fruit snacks may have been 3 for $5, but I wasn't going to buy any in the first place! So I didn't save any money. I spent an extra $5. Does that make any sense? It just strikes me as incredibly funny. Don't be fooled by those sale items like I am. :)
